Withdrawal Information

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer under applicable law, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from paid contracts concluded with us online.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

3. How to Exercise the Withdrawal Right

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you expressly requested that we begin the paid service before the withdrawal period expires, and services have already been provided before withdrawal, we may, where the statutory requirements are met, charge a reasonable amount for the part of the service provided up to that point.
