As a business with ten or fewer employed persons as of 31 December of the previous year, we are not obliged under Section 36(3) VSBG to provide participation information regarding consumer arbitration bodies. Irrespective of that, we are currently not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
